By placing an order on mahalunmart.com, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, duplicate, or placed in error, including due to pricing or stock mistakes.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, and Nagad. For bKash/Nagad, orders are confirmed only after payment verification. Providing an incorrect or unverifiable transaction ID may delay or cancel your order.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is 2–3 days inside Dhaka and 3–4 days outside Dhaka. These are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or address issues.

Delivery Charges

৳80 inside Dhaka, ৳150 outside Dhaka, as shown at checkout.

Product Accuracy

We aim for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors even after an order is placed, with the customer notified before the order is finalized.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds follow our Returns & Refunds policy. The key rules: you must record an unboxing video when you open your parcel, you must report a problem within 24 hours of delivery, and we cannot accept any return or refund without the video.

Limitation of Liability

Mahalun Mart is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party couriers, incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong address), or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
