Unboxing Videos & Claim Evidence

If you send us a video or photos to support a return or refund claim (see our Returns & Refunds policy), we use them only to review that claim and, if needed, to raise a complaint with the courier. We keep them only as long as needed to settle the claim and any related dispute, and we never publish them. They may show the name, phone number and address on your parcel label, so please send them only to us, by WhatsApp, email or the Message option in your account.

Our website does not use cookies to track your browsing. Your shopping cart is saved in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) so your items stay in your cart as you browse — this stays on your own device and is never sent to or read by anyone else.
